Safety 

Our aim is a safe and efficient working environment, which takes into account the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of our employees. We are developing our activities in co-operation with our staff, the occupational health service, the authorities and other sources of expertise. 

We ensure that production runs continuously and smoothly by investing in our operations. We keep malfunctions and risks at as low a level as possible. In that way, we promote cost-efficiency in production and minimise raw material waste. Concerning risk management, every year we carry out several risk assessments at each plant and in each department. 

The basic prerequisites for safe operation in our business are occupational safety and health, the wellbeing of our personnel, personal safety, the prevention of accidents and malfunctions, product safety and the safe use of products and the fluency of our production and service.
