- Jaana, Key Account Manager

Jaana, a graduate of business administration who lives in Hyvinkää and works in the Accounting Department, joined the company more than 10 years ago. At first, she did bookkeeping tasks, of which she had experience from her previous job. From bookkeeping, Jaana moved to sales, and now she is a Key Account Manager, a job which requires her to travel a lot. See what Jaana says.

Positive about working with people

Jaana travels to about 40 companies all over Finland – the northernmost being in Rovaniemi and Tornio. On these trips, she meets many new and different people. This makes her work varied and interesting, but also challenging.

The atmosphere at work is comfortable and relaxed. There’s no need to stress, nor to try to be somebody you’re not. If you don’t know something, you can always ask – you’ll always find someone who knows and can help. Jaana, who has now been doing this job for a couple of years, admits that every day she learns something new and can always improve her performance.

Sports and events

In her free time, Jaana enjoys being at home. Reka also has a sports club, at which she and other Reka colleagues take part in aerobics. In addition to sports, Reka also organises other events, such as excursions and Christmas parties.
